Backup Clock Data

The clock data may be backed from AV Tools, with back software, or by any means of copying the working database file to a backup drive. If you have a backup procedure already in place to backup the drive containing the database file, no additional backup procedure would be needed. To backup from AV Tools, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the File menu

  2. Select Maintenance

  3. Select Backup Database

  4. Select a location to backup to. It should be on a different drive or a removable media. Press OK.

If using a different means of backing up, go to the Company Setup dialog to see the database location.
