Sound Selection Dialog
The sound selection dialog shown below is accessed from the Select Sounds and Animations button on the AttendView Clock Setup dialog. The sound selection dialog allows the clock in/out sounds to be
configured, as well as clock in/out animations.
Event
Select the event to be configured: Clock In, Clock Out, Clock Out Excessive Hours, Clock Out Outside Work or Employee Not Found.
Wave File
Shows the configured wave file for the selected event. To change, select from
the combo box or press the Browse button.
GIF File
Shows the configured GIF file for the selected event. The GIF file will be
displayed centered in the AV Clock dialog. Animated GIFs can be used. The GIF
will remain displayed for one second after the animation completes or for one
second if it is not animated. To change, select from the combo box or press the Browse button.
Note: Leave the Wave or GIF file selection blank to have no sound or no animation.
Note: To have one of several sounds or animations used randomly, use a wild card in
the filename. For example, if the filename in*.wav is used, all the wave files
which start with in will be selected from randomly.
Play
Press Play to preview the sound and animation for the currently selected event.
