To purchase support, select the total number ofemployees you are currently licenced for. Enter your previous order that this support applies to in the comment box durring checkout.

If you are purchasing support for an old order, you will need to purchase enough years to bring your support contract current from the date of the original order. Example:

Order 123 placed on 5/5/2007 with no support. On 9/9/2009 customer wishes to purchase support. They need to purchase 3 years of support, bringing their support contract expiration date to 5/5/2010.
