All AttendView products come with free 30 day email-only support.
We do offer premium support which includes priority phone support for after the 30 days.
AttendView is a straightforward application with a great detail of help available at attendview.com and by pressing F1 in the application. We have also taken a great deal of time to ensure it works on various Operating Systems and different setups. So why buy support?
- Windows and other applications installed may interfere with the AttendView setup or an existing installation.
- Database corruption might occur for various reasons.
- You might lose a username or password.
- You need to move your AttendView installation to another machine.
- ect...
These are rare cases, but when they happen you will be happy you purchased a support package.
If your company depends on AttendView then consider the time saved when you can pickup the phone and speak directly to our level two technicians who can walk you through any problem you might have.
Support is a yearly subscription which is automatically renewed. So you'll never have to worry "Am I still under my support contract?"
